Easy to install but The thermostat makes a very loud clicking noise. If I knew ahead of time I coukd of installed it in closet to lessen the noise now I’m stuck with it. I recommend you looking at other similar products and read the reviews carefully I did a little to late I’m not the first to complain about the noisy thermostat. Product works great and I really like the controller. I am doing another floor and will definitely be back. The contractor has not finished laying the tiles on it, so I don’t know how well it will heat. Would be much more convenient if they hooked together instead of having to run all the leads through a junction box. Would be a good idea to connect and let it run overnight to ensure heating is good and works well – before you put the tiles on. Each mat has wires pre-attached for ease of installation.
